How to get the coolest guild site ever

Step 1:Signup

If you have already signed up, please go to step 2. Click here if you have not yet signed up with GuildToad (it's free!)


Step 2:Go to your NEW! guild website.

This is the site you named during the signup process (http://yoursite.guildtoad.com for freetoad and coppertoad accounts, or www.yoursite.com for silvertoad and goldtoad accounts). If you have forgotten the name, you can look it up on the View Current Guilds page, in your account info, or else check your email for your welcome message. It will contain a link to your guild site. If you still can't find it after looking in those places, please contact us and we will help you.

Along with your welcome email, you received a “guild invitation” email. You can forward this message to your guild, so that they can signup and start using your site. You can also invite guild members to your new website by logging into your account and clicking the “invite new guild members” link to the right of your guild members stats.

Step 3:Login

Next, on your guild website, please login. The login button is located on the far right side of the navigation bar at the top. Your username and password are the ones you used to create your GuildToad account. Check your welcome email if you have forgotten them, or please click the " Forgot Password?" or "Forgot Username?" links at the bottom of the login page for assistance.


Step 4:Customization

Take a look at your home page. There are many ways you can customize your site! First, lets change your welcome message to one that fits your guild personally. To do this, you need to access the CONTROL PANEL. This link will appear for only the admin of the website (he who first signed up the guild).

To change your guild message:
Click on the control panel link on the very far right side of the navigation bar. Next, click on "Guild Information". Then click on "guild message". The default message will appear, and you will be able to edit the message to make it your own.
